President George Bush’s Legacy: A Hollow Shoe?
After eight years at the helm of the world’s only super power, the shoe and dog incidents beg more answers on the legacy president Bush is leaving behind.Put into perspective, a shoe is hollow and empty, ready to collect any form of dirt the wearer steps on. Bush's foreign policies over the last eight years have failed in many parts of the world - questioning the thought and reasoning behind his actions during his reign as president. For instance, the 2003 Bush led war in Iraq that saw a rise in insurgency and global terrorism is seen as a huge mistake made by his administration. Such mistakes created by thoughtless actions can only compared to an empty and hollow object such as a shoe.
Bush's farewell visit to Iraqi was met with the same mettle. Muntazer al Zaidi, a reporter with the Cairo-based al-Baghdadia television network, was courageous enough to hurl two shoes, one after the other and an abuse at the president during a press conference that was also attended by Iraqi’s Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki.
"This is a gift from the Iraqis; this is the farewell kiss, you dog!" hurled Zaidi before he was restrained by security agents..................Read More

It's President OBAMA!
When historians look back at the 2008 presidential landslide, they won't focus on the fact that Barack Obama ran a smart and steady campaign. They won't focus on William Ayers or Joe the Plumber or socialism or racism. They're going to remember that the two-term Republican President had 20% approval ratings, that the economy was in meltdown, and that Americans didn't want another Republican President...Read More

The Ad Campaign: An Obama Infomercial, Big, Glossy and Almost Unavoidable
THE PROGRAM The program gave a new meaning to the word “infomercial” and, for that matter, to all notions of political advertising.
Watch it HERE (CLICK)
Executed with high standards of cinematography, with help from the director of “An Inconvenient Truth,” Davis Guggenheim, the infomercial was part slickly produced reality program; part Lifetime biography; and part wonkish policy lecture with music that could have come from “The West Wing.”

Now who is at war as McCain would want the world to believe?

Is the new AP "Poll" a Setup for another stolen US election?
The Associated press came out with a remarkable poll Thursday. 'turn the page' and ignore the economy - That's what you do when you're out of touch, out of ideas, and running out of time
That the McCain campaign now wants to 'turn the page and ignore the economic mess that he has helped create over the last 8 years is both comical and repulsive. Raise the bar, expose vice presidential incompetence
If Thursday's US vice presidential debate is anyway to measure Joe Biden and Sarah Palins's competence, then it clearly missed the mark.
The standards were at an all time low given that all they had to do was to avoid making serious blunders. It was acting par excellence. We know Joe Biden as a barrel of gaffes, but on Thursday all he had to do was keep the lid tightly sealed lest he starts spinning another one of his many "tales" that portray him as a loose cannon.
On the other hand, Sarah Palin's job was easy - keep to the script prepared by the McCain team but throw in one or two "Joe six packs" while portraying the image of a hockey mom. She succeeded in being gaffe free but was short on substance. (READ THE TRANSCRIPT HERE)

McCain cannot say country first and have an embarrassingly naive, gibberish and nonsensical Palin up there as vice president
Her recent interview performance have portrayed Sarah Palin as dangerously ignorant and unprepared for the job of vice president, let alone president. Given that John McCain's old age might play serious tricks , thus making Palin the next US. president,...the so called "axis of evil" would very much appreciate a Palin Presidency which would make the US. a "soft target" for terror sponsoring nations. She doesn't seem strong enough. Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmedinejad would be particularly proud of a weakly naive US. presidency....READ MORE
